Vinexpo Bordeaux is the top international trade fair for wine professionals and the magazine Wine Spectator has joined Vinexpo to set up a new and exciting gastronomic event at the fair which is “A Taste of Spain”.
This exclusive celebration will be held at “El Palais de la Bourse” in the historical centre of Bordeaux on Monday 19 June between 8pm and 11pm.
“A Taste of Spain” will allow great Spanish wines to shine as Spain has been chosen as the country of honour at Vinexpo. Over 100 Spanish wineries have been chosen by the magazine to present their wines. The winery LaFou Celler and its wine Fou Els Amelers are among the select few.
The wines will be served with dishes prepared by 10 of Spain’s top chefs who have been chosen by Ferran Adrià and José Andrés.
