Over the weekend from July 14 to 16, the culinary fair “TASTVM Vila-seca: Wine-pairing from our land” was held at the castle in the town of Vila-seca.
LaFou Winery actively took part in this fair with a stand in the wine space where guests could taste three wines from the winery. LaFou wines were also included in the different tasting sessions which were run throughout the weekend by the Guia de Vins de Catalunya (a Guide to Wines from Catalonia).
The aim of this fair is to promote and showcase wine and cuisine from this territory as a driving force for the promotion of local products and social cohesion. It highlights the value of local wine and local cuisine as fresh produce with a highly sustainable quality and which is directly linked to healthy eating and to the Mediterranean diet.
