Grenaches du Monde is an itinerary event which was held this year in its home of origin in the wine region of Roussillon (France). LaFou El Sender 2016 is a fresh red wine, with a seductive nobility and whose name comes from the word “path” (el sender), and more specifically the path that goes though the vineyards on the Mas Gabrielet estate, and takes us to the landscape in this part of the Terra Alta. This wine won Gold at this Contest.
In this 7th edition, a total of 272 medals were awarded. As far as Spanish wine-growing areas are concerned, the group of Catalan appellations (Dos) were very successful and picked up the highest number of medals at this event.
