Discussing the wine, made from 100% Garnacha Blanca, they emphasised that “it is pure expressiveness, complexity, breadth and elegance”.
Regarding production, they pointed out that “it takes advantage of the summer sea breezes to favour ripening and that production is honed to extract the maximum expression of the variety, which is why part of the wine is made as a brisado, in contact with the skins”. In terms of tasting, they mention the presence of fruit and aromatic herbs, as well as a saline part and earthy and balsamic notes.
